A graduate of the University of Texas, she began her career as an ICU nurse, where she developed the discipline, attention to detail, and compassion that would shape her leadership style.
Driven by entrepreneurial vision and family legacy, Shaunda later stepped away from bedside nursing to purchase her family’s business, M&M, which she successfully owned and operated for 13 years.
She returned to healthcare leadership as a Director of Nursing, where she spent 20 years leading clinical teams, improving care standards, and mentoring healthcare professionals.
